We have BSA approved foam covered soft surfboards available to hire. These boards are ideal for inexperienced surfers as they provide plenty of stability to help you get onto your feet quickly, the soft foam layer makes learning as painless as possible! the boards come in a range of sizes from 7’ to 9’ to suit your height, weight and experience: and its advisable to reserve your size in advance to ensure you are out in the right kit. We also stock a full range of wetsuits for hire. Limited number of hoods, gloves and boots can be hired separately depending on availability - all are available to purchase in the shop.

Surfing is not just for those dudes out there, it's for you too! Sign up now and spend your summer on the beach! Our surf instructor, Peter, is qualified to Level 1 with the International Surfing Association, is an NBLQ qualified beach lifeguard, and is registered as a coach with the British Surfing Association. Disclosure checked.

2 Hour Beginner Lesson - £35
For the absolute beginner, we aim to get you on your feet and surfing in one lesson! Must be able to swim 50 metres.

Stage II Improver Lessons - £30
Guided practice to help you improve your surfing. Must have completed stage I Lesson.
